Célestine Guerin

Célestine has some friends in the paper, people who recognize her as an activist and keep her in the loop about certain events.

Célestine also has friends in the lower spheres of Baltimore's politics world who can help her smooth things over or get some needed documentation

 

 

 

 

Célestine is lower middle-class, working on and off as a waitress. She has a small, cozy apartment and a beat-up Chevy, and a decent allowance that lets her splurge every couple months.

 

 

Alternate Identity - Jeanie Ellis; A waitress and recent college graduate. She uses this identity when dealing with her mortal allies and contacts, as well as when she works her night job. 

Clan Enmity - The Setites; Whilst wandering the nation, Célestine may have slipped up... a little bit. She involved herself with a Brujah Anarch Gang, who were in a stand-off with a Setite expeditionary force. The two groups were facing off over a buried artifact that would have spelled trouble for the Anarchs, and pretty much everybody else, so Célestine threw her lot in with them. At the end of the minor conflict, several Setites and Brujah were dead, the artifact was destroyed, and Célestine found herself written in bright red ink on the Setite's shit list for her actions.

Clan Friendship - Brujah; Similar to how she earned The Setite's ire for her actions in St. Louis, Célestine earned the Brujah's respect. She could have wandered off, not involved herself, but the actions of the Setite faction would have hurt a lot of people, and Célestine could not, would not stand for that. She fought shoulder to shoulder with people far older and more powerful than herself. She took big hits and nearly met Final Death for people she barely knew, and for that she earned the Brujah gang's respect, and from them word spread of her actions and the strength of her character, to the point that the Clan consider her in high standing.

Sleeping with the Enemy;As an Anarch, the Camarilla aren't really Célestine's enemies. More like a shitheel neighbor. And one of said shitheel neighbors is really hot. Since coming to Baltimore, Célestine has fallen in (to bed) with a Camarilla woman named Lillian. It could be a real mess if a powerful woman like Lillian was discovered to be fond of a Caitiff Anarch, so they keep it low-key.
