Jackson Vargus Baldr

 Born in a small village in Norway, Jackson was growing up around a relatively quiet village. However, due to the nature of his birth, which was in question by the civilians of his village, eyeing his mother and father with suspicion, the family moved from Norway into the United States. The travel to the US wasn't that bad, but when in the US, Jackson had a hard time adjusting to living in the new world, let alone adjusting his language speaking skills from Norse to English. But he adapted, and was quite quick to make friends out of some of the local children, giving him a reputation of a whimsical and silly lad, but one that's respectable.

Eventually when he was 17, a few months before hitting the age of 18, he would find his parents killed in their home. This circumstance saddened him, and made him withdraw for the remaining months, but once he was old enough, and graduated from High School, he went to college, with the goal to earn a high enough degree to become a Private Investigator, and with that, investigate what happened to his parents.

During this time, as he investigated, his home was broken into multiple times, and in turn, he leaned into a few people he trusted, two of which were two women that he ended up sleeping with, the first being a teacher of his during college, but who was married to the local town's mayor, so, he gotten into some hot water there, but the other was some sort of crazy lass, as she began stalking him the moment he slept with her, and eventually began to become a bit possessive. With these factors, Jackson felt it was time to leave, and move to a new city, and move to Baltimore he go.

Once in Baltimore, he set up shop as a Private Investigator, and knowing of the paranormal history of the city, he decided to lend his services as a Paranormal Investigator as well, figuring that if he can take advantage of the situation, he can make loads of cash. And make cash he did, as he would quickly gain a reputation of being not only reliable, but truthful and able to find things some don't seem to notice. However, this caught the eye of a particular group that Jackson never thought he'd get the attention of, let alone knew actually existed, for you see, despite his eagerness to take a role of Paranormal Investigator, he never believed in such things, explaining such things as science. Thus when he was embraced into the fold as a Vampire, this would be a dark day for him, as he knew not of the world he was thrusted into.
