Noémi Toussaint

 Noémi Toussaint was born in Paris in 1890. Her mother was a prostitute, her father a client. As a child, Noemi was a thief and a pickpocket, who grew to be a stick-up artist and mugger. By 19, she was an outlaw bank robber, and by 21 had joined the Bonnot Gang. The Bonnot Gang was a gang of anarchist bank robbers and car thieves, credited with inventing the concept of a getaway car. The gang was largely killed off by authorities by the next year, but by that time Noemi had attracted the attention of  François Dupont, and was embraced.

Francois was a Brujah and leader of the infamous Anarch gang Colère D'ange, Angel's Wrath, name after the neonate Angel who was slain by her sire in accordance with the traditions of the Camarilla. Angel's Wrath was comprised largely of Francois' childer and grand-childer, and they were known for their brutal skirmishes with Sabbat. Francois was killed in 1939 in Seville by nationalist forces after bringing his gang to participate in the Spanish Civil War. The gang returned to Paris to aid in the French Resistance against the nazis. The gang was led by Louis the Tiger, Francois' first childer, with Noemi as second in command. 

As the decades past, and clashes with the Sabbat became more frequent, Noemi became a respected warrior and leader in her own right. She moved to London in the 70s and ran a small chapter of Angel's wrath, recruiting Anarchs from the ranks of the camarilla, and even embracing a young punk rocker name Skidmark. A deep sense of ennui had started to grip her however, and by the new millennium she had travelled to New York. Noemi found her reputation had not fully travelled over the atlantic, but even the American Anarchs knew of her gang. She instead established her reputation the old fashioned way, through violence. Noemi agitated, vandalized, stole, assaulted, and generally was a huge pain in the ass for the New York Camarilla. 

By the time the NY Camarilla was ready to bring the hammer down on her, word was spreading about the Night of Blood. Noemi gathered what Anarchs she could and headed to Baltimore. She gained a reputation in the pitched firefights and car-to-car battles on the outskirts of town, taking out a pack of young new-world Sabbat who had never seen combat at that level. She did not stick around long afterwards, preferring to follow a fledgling Toreador named Lilly who she had fallen in love with.  They moved to LA, and had a brief love affair lasting only a decade, before Lilly defected to the Camarilla. 

Heartbroken, Noemi arrived back in Baltimore six monthes ago, hearing that tensions were starting to rise with Sabbat again. She was quiet for a while, but recently has been building a power base on the street, being a thorn in the side of the local Camarilla, and stealing anything she can get her hands on. The Camarilla aren't sure what she's doing, and assume she's tryna be a pain in the ass.

The truth is, Noemi wasn't planning to stay in Baltimore this long, but she has to look out for her latest Childe. Noemi recently embraced a young boxer, Daniel O'Shea, and is sticking around to keep an eye on him from the shadows. She is a little nervous about this; she didn't get permission for the embrace, and she isn't sure if the Tremere prince has to power to trace lineage through blood. So far, she has been leaving him notes about his new existence.
