 Calling Baltimore home for nearly eighty years, Thiago has seen many come and go. First hidden amongst the Camarilla, then drug into Sabbat politics by his clan, then nearly dying as the Camarilla stormed the city. Thiago has remained hidden, a shadow on the walls of Baltimore for the past twelve years, only now has he decided to grace the new regime with his face.

Stepping from a Water Taxi onto the streets of Fells Point, Thiago seeks a meal and a meet. Satiating himself before seeking an audience with the Prince should save the upcoming scene from becoming an ugly one, and ending Thiago's quest for another chance at relevance before it has begun.
