Cesar Sandavol

 1778- Carlos was born the 3rd son of the Duke Aragón, he was raised knowing he was to become a priest. He was mothers favorite but that doesn’t not keep his fathers belt form lashing him over very little.  He finds out his father thinks he is the son of a now banished stable boy, later in later in life.
1792-he is sent off to seminary to be trained to be a priest
1795-before he gets ordained he is grasped away by his sire.  He is embraced that evening, his embrace was horrific and his studies even worse.  His sire broke him down and made him understand that he is cursed by god but that our clan was blessed by the Abyss, and in that blessing we serve.  And even though we choose to not be monsters like some of our brethren.  We all serve the Abyss.
1817-after more then 20 years of study he is presented to the prince and begins his unlife.  He knows that he owes his sire everything though so remains close.  
1850-He and his sire travel to the new world and settle in New York City.  He and his sire become high society elite during this time.  During this time he makes contacts in the occult and financial communities.  Investing in long term things like the telephone, railroads and electric.  
1861-his sire falls asleep Cesar takes the lead of there vast empire including boons he continued to trade and upgrade boons something he became very good at with the help of the abyss. 
1875-trades enough favors to get him named harpy of  New York City,  a position he coveted.  He used this position to garner even more favor enduring Allies just in case the sabbat come.
1900- at the turn of the century there was s a sabbat attack many due or fall into torpor including Cesar.  Many people see the monstrous might abyssal mystic can bear, he still bears the marks of a overusing as his skin is much darker then it should then it should be.
1925-him and his sire are awaken by the prince to defend the city.  They do so again showing the world why you don’t fuck with Lasombra.  Afterward Cesar reclaims his title as Harpy.  
1945- the then Justicar current Prince makes his sire a archon occasionally Cesar a s called on to help as well
1975-Cesar uses the hippie and new age magical wave to spread knowledge to them of the abyss.  It is now that he finds out his blood is infertile as he tries to embrace a few kine but they do not rise.
2010-the Camarilla is determined to take Baltimore.  Cesar is sent by his sire to help as his sire assumes the position of Justicar for now.  During the war many vampires see him do terrible things.  Including, feed with his arms of the abyss and have physical power to match only the ancients among us.
2012-sire is officially named Justicar and Cesar becomes Harpy and a lackey of the prince. 
2022- present day .
